Family Service Agency is a multi-service EAP program. Our EAP addresses the needs of the whole person. Services include:

Supervisor Training

Identification and resolution of job-performance issues.
Techniques for managing troubled employees.

Assessment of Problem Area

Assessment to identify and define problem area.

Short-Term Counseling for Problem Resolution

Brief, solution-focused counseling by professionals (up to six sessions per family/year).

Budget Counseling

Budget and credit counseling for individuals and families with financial problems is available for a small fee.

Referral to the Most Appropriate Community Resource

Referral, when needed, matched to specific needs of clients.

Case Management

From initial contact through problem resolution.
Follow-up at regular intervals to assure continuum of care.
Relapse prevention education and assessment.

Crisis Intervention

Sexual Assault Services
Qualified staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Critical Incident Stress De-briefing (CISD).
