Donaghey Court
This project is located in Conway, Arkansas and is a forty unit multi-family development. All units are universal design and the location is approximately one mile from downtown and the University of Central Arkansas. The project began leasing in May of 2005. Of the total of forty units, thirty-two require income qualification and eight are market rate units. Two of the units require that residents must have 30% of the average median income or less and thirty require that residents must have 60% or less of the area median income. Buhrman-Pharr
Buhrman-Pharr was originally the largest hardware warehouse in a seven state region. The first building, which is currently under construction, is being converted to loft apartments and is located two blocks east of city hall in Texarkana, Arkansas. The first phase of this development will be forty units of which eight will be market rate apartments. This affordable housing development is scheduled to be finished in December of 2006.

Garland Towers
Garland Towers was originally the Jack Tar Hotel. It is currently a seventy unit HUD 202 affordable housing project. In order to qualify to be a resident, residents must be sixty-two years of age or older or have a qualifying disability. All units have an income requirement that a resident must have no more than 30% of the average median income for the area. Two floors are currently occupied and two are under construction. Construction is scheduled for completion at the end of November of 2006.
