Donaghey Court This multi-family apartment complex is located in Conway, Arkansas and is a forty unit multi-family development. All units are universal design and the location is approximately one mile from downtown and the University of Central Arkansas. The multi-family apartment complex began leasing in May of 2005. Of the total of forty units, thirty-two require income qualification and eight are market rate units. Two of the units require that residents must have 30% of the average median income or less and thirty require that residents must have 60% or less of the area median income. Buhrman-Pharr Buhrman-Pharr was originally the largest hardware warehouse in a seven state region. The first building was completed in December of 2006. It was converted to loft apartments and is located two blocks east of city hall in Texarkana, Arkansas. Garland Towers Garland Towers was originally the Jack Tar Hotel. It is currently a seventy unit HUD 202 affordable housing multi-family apartment complex. In order to qualify to be a resident, residents must be sixty-two years of age or older or have a qualifying disability. All units have an income requirement that a resident must have no more than 30% of the average median income for the area.
